What you will do

• Design and develop high-quality visual communications, presentations, graphics, and marketing materials.
• Translate complex business requirements and narratives into engaging visual content and compelling stories.
• Create illustrations, layouts, and infographics that communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Collaborate with business partners, writers, marketing professionals, and leadership teams.
• Develop innovative visual solutions and creative concepts aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring consistency with branding and style guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic, Visual, Media, or Presentation Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and presentation design capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual communication principles.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC for onsite work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience supporting executive-level communications and strategic materials.
• Background in corporate communications or working within highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of branding and visual identity standards.
