What you will do

• Design slides, email headers, digital assets, infographics, toolkits, and guides for Total Rewards and internal communications.
• Create visual systems and templates for repeatable campaign delivery.
• Translate data and program details into simple visual narratives.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Partner with writers and project managers to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.

Requirements

• Strong experience in visual design with an emphasis on editorial and systems-based approaches.
• Ability to simplify complex, content-heavy information into clear visual formats.
• Proficiency in standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail for consistency, formatting, and accessibility.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Residency requirement: must reside in one of the listed US states.
