What you will do

  • Manage the retention of assigned customers through contract negotiation and renewal processes.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maintain and increase revenue.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and contractual documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Account Executives (AEs), and finance teams to align on retention goals.
  • Track and report renewal metrics and revenue growth using Salesforce and Excel.
  • Identify risk areas and develop mitigation strategies to prevent customer churn.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in contract negotiation.
  • 4+ years of experience in contact center or service delivery.
  • Proven experience with SaaS billing models.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders including CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.
