TL;DR

Manager, SB (Sales/AI SaaS): Overseeing outreach efforts and leading a team of VSB Sales Specialists to drive growth in the very small business segment with an accent on lead generation, engagement strategies, and personalized pitches. Focus on coaching a high-performing team, optimizing outreach effectiveness, and aligning sales strategies with global growth objectives.

Location: Hybrid (2x-3x a week in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines). Must be able to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time).

What you will do

  • Lead the initial contact and lead qualification process to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
  • Develop and implement tailored outreach strategies to communicate the value proposition to various market segments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to VSB Sales Specialists to optimize team performance.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and client needs to enhance outreach effectiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports to the Philippine Sales Leader.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of managerial experience managing Sales Account Executives.
  • Proven track record of guiding and motivating teams to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement (2x-3x a week) in Ortigas, Pasig City.
  • Ability to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time).
  • Must be 100% on-camera in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
