What you will do

  • Own end-to-end pricing for all products, including international calling, subscriptions, and mobile top-ups.
  • Develop new pricing constructs such as unlimited plans, fixed-minute packs, and promotional bundles.
  • Analyze pricing performance, margins, and customer elasticity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead and coach the pricing team, setting priorities and improving operational workflows.
  • Drive automation and apply AI tools for competitor monitoring and anomaly detection.
  • Partner with Product, Finance, and Growth teams to shape new commercial offerings.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or revenue management within telecom or fintech.
  • 5+ years of experience with unit economics, including margins and cost structures.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, or BI tools for large dataset analysis.
  • Proven ability to model and quantify the financial impact of pricing changes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills for collaborating across international teams.
  • English proficiency is required as the primary working language.

  • Experience applying AI and modern analytical tools to pricing recommendations.
