TL;DR

SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (ERP): Designing and implementing end-to-end HR solution architectures for clients with an accent on SuccessFactors modules and system integration. Focus on defining integration scenarios with SAP S/4HANA, coordinating module leads, and presenting technical architectures to stakeholders.

Location: Remote throughout Germany or onsite at company locations

What you will do

  • Act as the central point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture in client implementations.
  • Analyze customer requirements to develop comprehensive end-to-end processes for SuccessFactors modules.
  • Define integration scenarios with other systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA.
  • Coordinate module leads regarding integrative scenarios within the overall solution architecture.
  • Present system architectures to stakeholders to build trust in the implementation.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower customers and project teams.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, preferably in solution architecture.
  • Deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and integration possibilities (SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM).
  • Proven experience in leading and coordinating IT implementation projects.
  • Strong conceptual skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Ability to explain complex topics and present them confidently to various stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Germany to work remotely or from a local office.
