What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for Transactional and Banking Services modules within the hirify.global Platform
• Design and deliver customer-centric solutions to optimize operational efficiency and performance
• Ensure seamless implementation and integration of SAP solutions into the IT landscapes of banks
• Drive digitalization and process automation to create measurable value for clients
• Contribute to both initial implementations and the continuous evolution of the platform

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics
• 5-7 years of experience leading digital transformation projects in the banking industry
• Proven ability to integrate SAP Transactional Banking solutions into banking infrastructures
• Strong business acumen combined with solid IT solution design skills
• English: Business-fluent (written and spoken)
• Location: Must be based in Serbia or Romania
