What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Align stakeholder expectations through transparent and effective communication.
• Drive strategic planning and coordination across a project portfolio.
• Mitigate project risks and perform financial analysis to ensure profitability.
• Manage fixed-price projects within agreed constraints of scope and budget.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development project management.
• Experience with ML / Data Science projects or deep understanding of their delivery specifics.
• Strong expertise in Agile environments and modern delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream projects.
• Hands-on experience with fixed-price project delivery models.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or SAFe.
