What you will do

• Review and approve cash transactions, payments, and journals, ensuring accountability for escalation and control frameworks.
• Lead the resolution of complex cash queries from internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Drive adherence to internal and external regulations across the team.
• Analyze operational exceptions and implement root cause fixes to reduce recurrence.
• Sponsor automation and re-engineering initiatives to improve process efficiencies and controls.
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with treasury, account management, and risk management functions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Singapore.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Operations with demonstrated strong leadership.
• Solid product background in Cash Management and/or Prime Brokerage.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong risk control mindset with meticulous attention to detail in daily operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive strategic problem solving.
