Lead Operations Analyst (FinTech)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid work arrangement with office attendance two days per week

What you will do

• Lead the processing, settlement, and reconciliation of investment transactions.
• Monitor investment operations, resolve data discrepancies, and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Analyze operational performance and develop reports covering key metrics, trends, risks, and improvement areas.
• Optimize workflows to reduce errors and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain data integrity and seamless system integration.
• Support new tools and technologies, communicate operational priorities, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of experience in investment operations or a related field.
• Experience with trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and investment performance measurement.
• Ability to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Experience analyzing operational performance, identifying risks, and recommending improvements.
• Ability to mentor junior analysts and collaborate across functions.
• Availability for a hybrid schedule in Manila, working from the office two days per week.
