What you will do
- Lead and manage the Managed Solutions Advisory team in Singapore.
- Grow assets under management and increase client penetration through fund, discretionary portfolio management, and alternative investment advice.
- Partner with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, Fund Selection, Alternative Investments, CIO, and Front Office teams.
- Conduct fund, advisory portfolio management, and discretionary portfolio management reviews with clients and sales meetings with Relationship Managers.
- Align fund recommendations with asset allocation models and support the growth of discretionary portfolio management mandates.
- Use data analytics and AI tools for business analysis, lead client-experience projects, and coordinate with external fund houses.
Requirements
- Strong investment background with knowledge of funds, discretionary portfolio management, global equities, fixed income, alternative assets, asset allocation, and portfolio approaches.
- At least 10 years of fund distribution or investment experience with a proven track record.
- Experience in asset management or private banking as a team lead, plus strong leadership and management expertise.
- Experience with and interest in digital, AI, and digital-solution projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with clients, portfolio managers, management, and internal stakeholders.
- A relevant undergraduate degree; a CFA qualification or Master's degree in Finance is strongly preferred.
