Head of Managed Solutions Advisory (Private Banking)

What you will do

• Lead and manage the Managed Solutions Advisory team in Singapore.
• Grow assets under management and increase managed solutions penetration through marketing, investment advice, and collaboration with Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors.
• Oversee advisory and distribution for mutual funds, hedge funds, private market funds, CIO Lab, and discretionary portfolio management solutions.
• Coordinate with Fund Selection, Alternative Investments, DPM, CIO, Front Office, and external fund houses on investment ideas, fund launches, client reviews, and post-sales activities.
• Align fund recommendations with asset allocation models and support growth in discretionary portfolio management mandates.
• Lead strategic projects that improve client experience and apply data analytics and AI tools to business planning and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong investment background with knowledge of funds, discretionary portfolio management, global equities, fixed income, alternative asset classes, asset allocation, and portfolio approaches.
• At least 10 years of fund distribution or investment experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in asset management or private banking in a team-lead capacity is preferred.
• Leadership and team-management expertise, strong initiative, creativity, and communication skills.
• Experience with and interest in digital, AI projects, and digital solutions.
• Relevant undergraduate degree; CFA certification or a Master’s degree in Finance is strongly preferred.
