What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of marketing pages, landing pages, and growth surfaces as the DRI for web craft.
• Create and maintain the CMS design system, including templates and components to enable self-serve page creation.
• Partner with Growth and Product Marketing to translate business goals into high-converting page designs.
• Collaborate with the Brand team to ensure visual consistency across all web touchpoints.
• Work closely with front-end engineers to ship high-quality pages and manage the migration off Framer.
• Define and implement high standards for layout, typography, motion, and interaction design.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of web and marketing design, including landing pages and product marketing sites.
• Excellent visual design skills with a deep sense of brand, typography, and composition.
• Experience designing for CMS and scalable templating systems.
• Ability to balance high-level craft with growth and conversion objectives.
• Fluency in Figma and a solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
• Must be based in the US (San Francisco or New York City).

Nice to have

• Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping).
• Background in brand or marketing design at a consumer tech company.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and their impact on design.
• Motion design skills for web interactions and micro-animations.
