What you will do

• Design and execute camp programming, including Summer Odyssey and seasonal break camps.
• Develop a rigorous and enriching aftercare program curriculum.
• Create and manage an annual calendar of events for all children in the Starbase community.
• Support academic excellence and social-emotional wellness goals in collaboration with Ad Astra teams.
• Lead and coordinate groups of teachers and aides in executing programming.
• Collaborate with parents and the broader community to enhance youth programming.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience building and managing significant projects to high levels of success.
• Experience working in high-achievement education environments.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or ITAR-compliant status.
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted.
