TL;DR

Lead Financial Analyst (Finance): Serving as a strategic financial advisor for the Canadian business unit to influence operating and strategic decisions with an accent on data-driven insights and financial modeling. Focus on translating enterprise strategy into actionable insights, leading monthly business reviews, and optimizing P&L performance.

Location: Hybrid (Libertyville, IL). Sponsorship to work in the US is not available.

Salary: $96,000 - $140,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic financial advisor to the Canadian business unit leadership, identifying risks and value drivers.
  • Lead monthly financial and business reviews, converting reporting into forward-looking scenario analysis.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to assess progress against strategic and operational goals.
  • Lead the annual operating plan, forecasting, and projection processes in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Own the preparation and interpretation of monthly P&L results, connecting financial outcomes to operational drivers.
  • Design and standardize financial reporting processes and templates using Power BI and Excel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8-12 years of related experience.
  • Must have US work authorization (sponsorship is not available).
  • Deep expertise with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Experience with SAP and BPC.

Nice to have

  • CPA or Master's degree in Finance.
  • Experience in the medical device industry.
