What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows via LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
• Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform across backend and ML resources.
• Build and automate CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/alerting systems for API health.
• Process large datasets to ensure they are model-ready and integrate into platform data pipelines.
• Define technical strategies and mentor the team on engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• At least 8 years of experience in backend-centric software development.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, Polars, LangChain, and LangSmith.
• Experience implementing infrastructure for Machine Learning and Generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and VertexAI.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
