What you will do

• Design and extend backend services that orchestrate language models, tools, and data sources.
• Build and maintain agentic workflows, including tool integrations, planners, structured outputs, and evaluation pipelines.
• Improve the reliability, latency, and cost-efficiency of streaming inference.
• Develop and maintain evaluation harnesses to ensure prompt and model quality without regressions.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and frontend engineers to deliver features end-to-end.

Requirements

• Production experience: 5+ years (Mid) or 7+ years (Senior) of Python or a similar typed language.
• Strong mastery of async fundamentals, including asyncio event loops and back-pressure.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM applications in production (tool calls, structured outputs, streaming, tracing).
• Expertise in production observability and debugging via traces.
• Strong engineering judgement with a preference for simplicity over abstraction.
• Proficiency with AI development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or MCP servers.
