What you will do

• Resolve technical workstation issues for Windows and macOS users.
• Provision and maintain IT equipment, including laptops, monitors, and specialized A/V hardware.
• Provide A/V support for executive and large-scale meetings and maintain Zoom Rooms.
• Troubleshoot network issues related to VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Automate routine responsibilities leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency.
• Contribute to the ongoing documentation and runbooks of systems and processes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a Help Desk, Tech Support, or A/V Support role.
• Must be able to work primarily onsite in the Draper, UT office.
• Experience with computer hardware repair and maintenance.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Employment is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

Nice to have

• Associate’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience providing "white-glove" support to leadership in high-pressure environments.
• Experience with specialized A/V hardware such as Neat or Crestron.
• Experience utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Moveworks to improve IT workflows.
• Knowledge of Okta, Jamf Pro, or Microsoft InTune.
