TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage network configurations, VLANs, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
  • Operate and troubleshoot A/V equipment and video conferencing systems (Zoom Rooms) for internal events and meetings.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for macOS and core business applications like Zoom and Slack.
  • Handle device management and enrollment using Apple Business Manager and Addigy.
  • Maintain technical documentation, ticket updates, and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Deploy and support hardware, including Macs, peripherals, and network gear.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of IT support experience with heavy macOS expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager and an MDM platform (Addigy strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency in enterprise Zoom and Slack support.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
  • Experience with enterprise A/V systems and video conferencing platforms.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Dallas five days a week and be able to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

  • CompTIA CCNA or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, or similar network platforms.
  • Zoom Rooms certification.
  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent.
