What you will do
- Manage network configurations, VLANs, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
- Operate and troubleshoot A/V equipment and video conferencing systems (Zoom Rooms) for internal events and meetings.
- Provide Tier 2 support for macOS and core business applications like Zoom and Slack.
- Handle device management and enrollment using Apple Business Manager and Addigy.
- Maintain technical documentation, ticket updates, and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Deploy and support hardware, including Macs, peripherals, and network gear.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of IT support experience with heavy macOS expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager and an MDM platform (Addigy strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in enterprise Zoom and Slack support.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Experience with enterprise A/V systems and video conferencing platforms.
- Must be able to work on-site in Dallas five days a week and be able to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
Nice to have
- CompTIA CCNA or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, or similar network platforms.
- Zoom Rooms certification.
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent.
