What you will do

• Lead technical design and architecture of end-to-end ML/LLM systems, from data pipelines to user-facing applications.
• Build agentic AI solutions to orchestrate complex operational workflows across multiple APIs and systems.
• Define technical strategy for worldwide scale internal tooling and front-end dashboards for non-technical users.
• Own integration architecture across internal databases and MCP servers to enable modular orchestration.
• Drive engineering excellence by setting standards for ML experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews to raise the team's technical bar.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Professional experience in software development and a proven track record as a mentor or tech lead.
• Strong experience in architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling of complex systems.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
• Solid knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application to reasoning and problem-solving.
• Experience delivering complex software systems that have been successfully deployed to customers.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with LLM fundamentals, including vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT, or similar production platforms.
• Background in NLP, deep learning, statistics, or information retrieval.
• Domain expertise in operations and supply chain.
• Experience communicating technical strategies to executive-level stakeholders.
