Salary: 223,300–297,700 PLN gross (for Poland) + 20% target annual bonus.

What you will do

• Define and manage the enterprise AI platform roadmap, prioritizing reliability, security, and scale.
• Establish standards, reference architectures, and guardrails for AI capabilities across the organization.
• Lead architectural design for agentic workflows, RAG/Graph-RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered applications.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, and Risk & Compliance to ensure responsible AI adoption.
• Define and track platform metrics including KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs (availability, latency, cost per inference).
• Mentor technical contributors across AI/ML engineering and platform engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Machine Learning.
• Current cloud architecture technical competence certificate.
• Extensive experience leading architecture for AI/ML-driven systems and defining technical strategies.
• Deep expertise in Agentic frameworks, RAG, Vector search, and Azure cloud architecture (AI Foundry, Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to define engineering standards and drive adoption of scalable platform patterns.
• Must have valid work authorization for the UK, Ireland, Spain, or Poland.
