Head of Developer & Agent Interface (Web3): Building a new developer and agent-facing capability from the ground up to make Payward the default infrastructure for financial applications with an accent on API design, SDK development, and agent-native interfaces. Focus on defining launch strategies, driving adoption metrics, and shaping the long-term DNA of a world-class developer platform organization.

What you will do

• Own developer activation end-to-end across APIs, SDKs, CLIs, MCP servers, and agent interfaces.
• Drive adoption metrics including API usage, SDK installs, and production integrations.
• Build reference implementations, tooling, and quickstarts to simplify integration.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure launches are developer-ready and agent-friendly.
• Create technical narratives, documentation, and launch content to establish platform leadership.
• Represent the developer voice internally to influence product direction and ecosystem needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling developer adoption at top-tier platforms like Stripe, Vercel, OpenAI, or GitHub.
• Strong technical credibility with the ability to read OpenAPI specs, ship code, and review integrations.
• Deep understanding of modern developer workflows and agent-era literacy (MCP servers, structured retrieval).
• Exceptional storytelling skills for keynotes, technical presentations, and launch content.
• Builder mentality with a track record of owning measurable adoption outcomes.
• Experience building developer platforms from an early stage.

• Understanding of wallets, identity, authentication, and agent-native transaction flows.
