Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office (Hybrid: 25%+ in-office)

Salary: €190,000–€215,000 EUR

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to startups, guiding them from initial evaluation through deployment and expansion.
• Design and architect LLM-powered solutions that maximize the value of Claude for specific startup use cases.
• Win technical evaluations by helping founders develop frameworks to measure and validate model performance.
• Build technical credibility with engineering teams by understanding build patterns and guiding architecture decisions.
• Gather and synthesize product feedback from the startup ecosystem to inform internal Product and Engineering roadmaps.
• Travel to customer sites and industry events to conduct workshops and deep dives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Strong background as a software engineer or technical founder with the ability to speak the language of builders.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production environments.
• Deep proficiency with modern AI architectures, context engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
• Comfortable with Python and common LLM frameworks and integration patterns.
• Ability to travel for customer workshops and industry conferences.

Nice to have

• Experience in founder-led sales or working within high-growth startup environments.
• Track record of selling technical products in competitive markets.
