Applied AI Architect Lead (AI): Driving the adoption of frontier AI by enabling the deployment of Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and the API across commercial accounts in EMEA with an accent on technical win ownership and team leadership. Focus on building scalable technical engagement frameworks, executing POCs, and guiding AI transformation for mid-market customers.

Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland). Staff are expected to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.

Salary: €215,000 – €260,000 per year

What you will do

• Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Applied AI Architects across Dublin and London.
• Personally own technical wins for high-value commercial customers through use case scoping and POC execution.
• Develop scalable technical engagement frameworks and reusable assets localized for European markets and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Commercial sales leadership to co-build go-to-market strategies and coverage models.
• Lead the vision and execution of innovative solutions leveraging latest LLM capabilities.
• Contribute to thought leadership via conference presentations, webinars, and technical content creation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role.
• 2+ years of experience leading pre-sales practitioners as a manager or player-coach.
• Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI deployments, API integrations, and production LLM use cases.
• Experience working with commercial or mid-market customers across multiple European markets.
• Familiarity with LLM architecture, prompt engineering, and architecting AI-powered systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office according to the hybrid policy.

Nice to have

• Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, or Italian).
• Experience with private equity portfolio companies.
• Knowledge of EU AI regulations such as GDPR and the EU AI Act.
• Track record of building technical playbooks that scale across diverse customer segments.
