Salary: $115,000 – $155,000

What you will do

• Lead operations across multiple U.S. East data center sites to ensure uptime and SLA adherence.
• Drive capacity readiness across MW, rack space, and staffing based on customer demand and product roadmaps.
• Manage regional budget performance, forecasts, and vendor costs to optimize operations.
• Standardize SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs across sites to ensure current and auditable documentation.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and oversee incident response effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product, Network Engineering, Finance, and Legal to support new deployments and manage risk.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations.
• 10+ years of experience in critical facility operations.
• 5+ years in a senior management or multi-site leadership role within data centers or similar mission-critical environments.
• Experience scaling operations in cloud, hyperscale, GPU, or HPC environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and provide occasional after-hours support for critical incidents.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Proficiency with DCIM tools and building management/facility monitoring systems.
• Expertise in change management and organizational improvement.
• Experience building KPI dashboards and executive operational scorecards.
