What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of partnerships with frontier AI labs, scoping new engagements and growing accounts.
• Serve as a technical subject-matter expert on adversarial methodology and vulnerability taxonomies during customer conversations.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Public Sector teams to close deals involving AI safety and red teaming.
• Coordinate project delivery between research and operations leads to align scope, capacity, and timelines.
• Contribute to the framing, rollout, and narrative of public AI benchmarks.
• Provide customer feedback to the product team to inform the AI safety roadmap.

Requirements

• Working fluency in model behavior, adversarial ML, and AI safety.
• Experience managing technical accounts or partnerships with AI labs, large enterprises, or federal agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both research and commercial audiences.
• Operational rigor in scoping and tracking complex technical engagements.
• Genuine interest in AI safety evidenced by prior work or research.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (based on legal compliance mentions).
