TL;DR
Design Lead (Brand Identity): Oversee and evolve ’s visual identity across packaging, digital, retail, and marketing with an accent on system-based brand consistency and high-craft production-ready execution. Focus on leading designers and partners, driving end-to-end innovation design from brief to print/production, and owning shopper marketing creative with clear direction and quality control.
Location: Remote
Salary: $135,000-$150,000 base salary + bonus

What you will do
- Oversee and extend ’s visual identity across packaging, digital, retail, partnerships, and internal communications.
- Maintain and refine brand guidelines to keep them flexible, functional, and future-proof.
- Lead internal designers and external creative partners with actionable feedback, balancing hands-on work with guidance.
- Own end-to-end innovation design for new projects (brief → concept/design development → color selection → print readiness → production review, including CGI/render where needed).
- Own shopper marketing creative and partner with an external agency for direction, feedback, and final approvals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Innovation, Partnerships, Shopper Marketing, and Commercial teams to align design with business goals and production realities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of design experience, including 2+ years in a creative leadership or management role.
- CPG, food/bev, or lifestyle brand experience, with strong system-based thinking for visual identity.
- Proven ability to build and extend visual identity systems across multiple channels (digital, print, retail, packaging) with strong craft and precision.
- Working knowledge of packaging design and production processes.
- Strong communicator and collaborator who can provide clear creative direction and critique across teams and disciplines.
- Portfolio demonstrating breadth and consistency across deliverables.
Nice to have
- Experience with sustainability and innovation across brand touchpoints.
- Familiarity with motion design and how identity systems extend into video/animation.
- Interest in food/beverage innovation and consumer trends.
