What you will do

• Lead global AR & Credit Operations across the Americas and EMEA, with full ownership of the credit-to-cash process.
• Directly manage and develop a cross-regional team based in the US and UK without intermediate management layers.
• Optimize working capital performance, focusing on DSO, aging, and AR turns.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Care, and Finance to support growth and drive cross-functional accountability for timely collections.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and provide reporting on AR performance, credit exposure, and reserves.
• Act as a senior, customer-facing leader and escalation point for complex credit and collection matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections.
• Proven leadership experience in a global or multi-region environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle) and reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Cypress, California
