What you will do

  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and ensure full compliance with IFRS and corporate policies.
  • Manage core accounting functions including revenue recognition, royalties, intangibles, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
  • Maintain internal controls and Standard Operating Procedures to safeguard company assets and obligations.
  • Support leadership during financial audits, risk assessments, and external reporting requirements.
  • Mentor and develop junior accounting team members to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
  • Deep expertise in financial reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, and GAAP/IFRS compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
