What you will do

• Coordinate test and video days at the hirify.global test track, including weekly communication with all parties.
• Operate and maintain instrumented testing equipment and manage data collection for vehicle testing.
• Manage test vehicle logistics, including deliveries, returns, and internal documentation.
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks (tire pressure, lug nuts, oil) and track service needs for the test fleet.
• Collaborate with written, video, and social teams to support content creation for owned channels.
• Schedule vehicle loans from manufacturers and vendors and assist with onsite facility needs.

Requirements

• Deep automotive knowledge and a passion for cars.
• Experience in writing and/or content creation.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Sheets.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Santa Monica.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 55 lbs and drive regularly in the field.

• Experience with VBOX data loggers.
