TL;DR

Salesforce Product Owner (Salesforce): Driving the development and enhancement of software products with an accent on product lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on translating business needs into actionable user stories and ensuring high-quality release execution.

Location: Remote (US) or Rock Island, IL. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000

What you will do

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Elicit, document, and prioritize product requirements through stakeholder and customer collaboration.
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain and refine the product backlog to ensure delivery of the most valuable features.
  • Coordinate product releases by defining scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with QA and UX/UI teams to ensure a high-quality, user-centric product experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner in software development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and version control systems like GitHub.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% with occasional overnight stays.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

  • Scrum Product Owner Certification.
