Salary: $80,000 - $95,000

What you will do

• Manage the contract review queue end-to-end, including drafting, redlining, and signature tracking.
• Draft and redline standard agreements such as NDAs, vendor contracts, and SOW amendments.
• Maintain the contract repository and template library within the CLM system.
• Proactively track contract renewals, key dates, and counterparty obligations.
• Triage incoming legal requests and monitor compliance with contractual SLAs.
• Coordinate litigation holds, document preservation, and support the discovery process.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or fast-growing company.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and redline commercial contracts.
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad or a similar modern CLM system.
• Competency in executing litigation holds and managing court filing timelines.
• Background in highly regulated industries like transportation, education, or healthcare.
• Must reside in and perform work from one of the specified US states
