Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Advise on global procurement, supply chain, technology, and vendor management.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS, data, licensing, and operational contracts.
• Support complex strategic transactions involving OEM partnerships and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Provide guidance on product, marketing, intellectual property, and data privacy matters.
• Develop scalable legal processes, templates, playbooks, and governance structures.
• Manage external counsel and coordinate cross-border legal advice.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney admitted to practice in California.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, including at least 2 years in a law firm and some in-house experience.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial and procurement agreements.
• Proven ability to navigate contractual landscapes within high-growth B2B tech or AI companies.
• Excellent legal analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Counseling experience within the automotive, mobility, or complex engineering sectors.
• Experience supporting large-scale B2B transactions involving hardware, software, and data.
• Familiarity with global manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain contracting.
• Exposure to autonomous vehicle law, AI, or intellectual property issues.
• Cross-border advisory experience across US, UK, Europe, or Asia.
