Salary: $128,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for federal accounts and stakeholders.
• Align hirify.global’s services with customer business objectives and mission goals to drive adoption.
• Coordinate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions.
• Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Proactively identify customer risk indicators and lead remediation efforts.
• Manage escalations by coordinating with Support, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as TAM or Solutions Engineer.
• U.S. citizenship and residency on U.S. soil are required.
• Experience supporting U.S. federal government customers (Civilian, DoD, or IC).
• Active or eligible U.S. Government security clearance.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 compliance frameworks.
• Experience with GovCloud or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
