Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead complex landscape architecture projects from conceptual design through construction and completion.
• Provide planning and project management services for a diverse mix of private and public clients.
• Produce high-quality design graphics, construction drawings, and technical reports.
• Mentor less-experienced staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
• Drive business fundamentals including business development, client management, and financial oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• 6+ years of related experience (10+ years preferred).
• U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Licensed Landscape Architect (Colorado licensure preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil3D, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with CDOT and/or USACE projects.
• Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure ENVISION Sustainability Professional certification.
• Familiarity with Rhino, ArcGIS, MicroStation/ORD, or Bentley ProjectWise.
• Experience in strategic business development and driving revenue in the Colorado market.
