What you will do

• Lead security design projects from programming through closeout with increasing independence.
• Mentor Designers and Associates through hands-on guidance, design reviews, and constructive feedback.
• Maintain disciplined documentation including drawings, specifications, and decision logs.
• Improve firmwide workflows and standards by contributing via GitHub Pull Requests.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline partners to resolve conflicts and ensure project alignment.
• Support business development by contributing to pursuits, technical narratives, and client interviews.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services (ICT, Security, Physical Security).
• Proven ability to deliver accurate, well-coordinated designs and make sound engineering decisions.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
• Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects.

Nice to have

• PSP/CPP (Security) certification.
• CDT, EIT, PE, or PMP certifications.
