What you will do

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and provide leadership and direction to the department.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, coaching, and training of cafe personnel.
• Manage purchasing, vendor relations, and inventory levels to achieve revenue and expense goals.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer service issues to ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests.
• Maintain and troubleshoot operational systems including POS, Zomato, and InfoGenesis software.

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments with both front and back of house exposure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including constant walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Certifications in State Sanitation, ServSafe, and Safe Alcohol Consumption are preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and restaurant management software (Eatec, POS, Zomato) is preferred.
