Salary: $62,000 – $105,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Execute detailed test plans, including material formulation and equipment configuration.
• Operate and maintain 3D printers, mixers, and various analytical instruments.
• Create comprehensive documentation of results and observations during test execution.
• Contribute to R&D team discussions to help interpret results and plan upcoming efforts.
• Maintain the lab and production space as a clean, well-ordered environment.
• Propose and execute tests autonomously to achieve team objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, research, or R&D environment.
• Must meet US export regulation requirements (U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, etc.).
• Proficiency with lab tools such as analytical equipment, scales, and pipettes.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of wet lab experience.
• Experience working in a clean room environment.
• Familiarity with lab safety procedures for hazardous materials.
• Experience with complex industrial equipment and tools.
