TL;DR

Location: Hybrid; must be based in the UK and able to work from office hubs in Bristol, London, Manchester, or Swansea

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end hiring processes from initial briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Proactively source passive talent using LinkedIn, Hackajob, AI tools, and community networks.
  • Build and nurture diverse talent pools through community outreach and specialized networks.
  • Provide hiring managers with real-time market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and talent availability data.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to showcase company culture and improve the employer value proposition.
  • Support internal mobility by acting as a career consultant for existing employees.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment within fast-paced tech or consultancy environments.
  • Demonstrable experience using advanced search techniques and tech tools beyond job boards.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring managers.
  • Experience in building representative diversity through inclusive sourcing and selection.
  • Must be based in the UK to support office hub operations.
