TL;DR
Internal Recruiter (AI/SaaS): Attracting and hiring top talent across technical and non-technical roles for an AI-powered beauty and wellness OS with an accent on sourcing and candidate engagement. Focus on building global talent pipelines and delivering a high-quality hiring experience in a fast-paced environment.
Location: On-site in London (5 days/week)
Salary: £40k base + Commission (£45k-£55k total)

What you will do
- Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to support end-to-end hiring processes.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates for global technical and non-technical roles.
- Craft personalized outreach to attract and convert passive talent.
- Screen applications, conduct initial calls, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and support recruitment operations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally in fast-paced environments.
- Strong sourcing capability and confidence building candidate pipelines across different functions.
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing complex scheduling across global teams.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Must be based in London for full-time on-site work.

Hiring process
- Screening call (30 mins) with the Talent Team.
- Skills interview (45 mins) with the Global Head of Talent.
- Final in-person stage (60 mins) with the People & Talent team including a short task.
