Salary: $138,000 - $225,000

What you will do

• Define the technical roadmap and architecture for Technology & Product Operations, including frameworks, tooling, and practices.
• Lead the hands-on design and deployment of scalable data products, AI/ML models, and GenAI-powered agentic workflows.
• Apply modern AI, LLMs, and ML techniques (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning) to solve GTM business problems.
• Design for quality and trust by defining evaluation criteria and implementing safety guardrails.
• Mentor colleagues on AI tooling and engineering best practices through a lead-by-example approach.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to scale models from prototype to production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production applications.
• 5+ years of experience contributing to enterprise or business applications.
• 1+ years of experience with GenAI technologies and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LLM APIs).
• 1+ years of experience deploying ML models or automated data solutions in production.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA, NYC, NY, Bellevue, WA, or Chicago, IL

Nice to have

• Experience with AI evaluation strategies, prompt engineering, and safety/guardrail patterns.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including PII and abuse mitigation.
• Experience with vector stores, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks.
• Comfort working across the stack (backend, APIs, and frontend).
• Experience with enterprise tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Gong, and Pigment.
