What you will do

• Execute strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across all business functions.
• Oversee fulfillment, order processing, customer service, logistics, and inventory management.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including vendors, depositories, and market makers.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to implement systems that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Develop operational processes, KPIs, and reporting structures to support company growth.
• Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business management, or operational strategy.
• Background in financial services, commodities, banking, trading, or capital markets.
• Proven experience scaling operations in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, transaction processing, and logistics.
• Experience managing operational systems such as CRM platforms, inventory systems, and order management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
