What you will do

• Oversee the operational infrastructure of the fund administration business to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies focusing on efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product teams to align roadmaps with customer feedback and improve retention.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of operations and customer success professionals across multiple time zones.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions and implement risk management protocols.
• Drive automation and process optimization using AI tools to increase capacity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fund administration leadership.
• Proven track record of scaling fund operations in high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of venture capital fund structures and regulatory requirements.
• Experience building and leading remote teams across multiple geographies.
• Proficiency in AI tools for support, automation, and customer intelligence.
• Must be aligned with US-based operations (Palo Alto context).
