What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of testing and measurement processes, from setup to analysis.
• Extract and manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python, Scala, or R.
• Implement digital marketing attribution and incrementality measurement.
• Create visualizations and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
• Collaborate with product and data science teams to define data requirements.
• Present insights to technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Math, Finance, Economics, or Business Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst delivering business impact.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Scala, or R.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Thoughtspot, Looker).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Must be based in Canada

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks.
• Strong understanding of Retail and CPG domains.
