What you will do

• Support brand media measurement planning and strategy to ensure investments align with brand marketing OKRs.
• Apply attribution modeling, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and advanced attribution techniques.
• Act as the internal source of truth by owning analytical reporting on brand awareness, familiarity, and consideration.
• Develop and manage scalable data pipelines from multiple sources to keep data accessible, fresh, and consistent.
• Deliver data-driven media performance reviews, audience insights, and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Data Science, and external agencies to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building key metrics that accurately reflect user behavior and drive marketing decisions.
• Experience measuring performance across paid channels such as TikTok, Meta, and Reddit.
• High proficiency in SQL for extracting large datasets and designing ETL workflows.
• Experience with Tableau and quantitative programming languages like Python.
• Technical expertise in brand measurement methodologies, including MMM, lift studies, and experimental design.
• Must be based in the US (Remote CA or NY).
