What you will do

• Develop and own reporting dashboards using PowerBI, Power Platform, SuccessFactors Story, and ADP Vantage.
• Design and maintain statistical models and complex data manipulations to generate actionable insights for leadership.
• Serve as the P&C analytics subject-matter expert, advising senior leaders on key workforce metrics and trends.
• Engage stakeholders to define technical specifications, analyze data flow, and conduct quality assurance audits.
• Establish and maintain reporting governance, access roles, and detailed Knowledge-Based Documentation.
• Onboard and train new HR Technology team members on reporting tools and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with advanced analytics tools, including 2 years with PowerBI and Power Platform.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with SQL for querying relational databases and Microsoft Office.
• At least 4 years of HR operations experience and a broad understanding of HR business fundamentals.
• Proven experience in data visualization, planning, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
• Executive presence with the ability to distill complex technical data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Data Analytics certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst.
• Experience with full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
