What you will do

• Design and launch large-scale surveys for hundreds of thousands of participants.
• Manage the simultaneous fielding of multiple surveys to ensure timely and on-budget data collection.
• Liaise between data scientists, engineers, and client-facing stakeholders to deliver results.
• Analyze data to provide strategic answers for political strategists and clients.
• Critically evaluate data to discern real trends from potential bugs for ML engineers.
• Provide product feedback to engineers to improve internal and external research tools.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience (including internships).
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases for exploratory analysis and data quality checks.
• Background in R or Python programming.
• Ability to explain basic modeling and regression techniques to non-technical audiences.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for a remote environment.
