• Collaborate with the Transformation Practice to streamline finance and operations functions.
• Manage engagements, including task delegation, project scheduling, and quality review.
• Drive business development through proposals, whitepapers, and maintaining client relationships.
• Mentor and coach staff, assessing performance for project and year-end reviews.
• Develop client-focused solutions based on corporate strategy and management needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or a relative finance function.
• Industry recognized professional certification is required.
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative analysis and business case development.
• Proficiency in Reporting, BI, Data Analysis, and Financial Benchmarking.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
