What you will do
- Partner with Enterprise Account Managers and Account Executives to support strategic customers.
- Research and fulfill quote requests, provide reporting, and manage customer annuity business.
- Collaborate with partners and vendors to secure best pricing, product availability, and alternative solutions.
- Perform complex contract management and facilitate interactions between customers and manufacturers.
- Identify opportunities to expand vendor offerings within strategic client accounts.
- Provide post-sales support and assist with project-based activities like equipment forecasting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- 2+ years of experience in sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Location: Must be based in Toronto, ON, CA
Nice to have
- Experience using Enterprise reporting tools such as Oracle/BI.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
