What you will do

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Managers and Account Executives to support strategic customers.
  • Research and fulfill quote requests, provide reporting, and manage customer annuity business.
  • Collaborate with partners and vendors to secure best pricing, product availability, and alternative solutions.
  • Perform complex contract management and facilitate interactions between customers and manufacturers.
  • Identify opportunities to expand vendor offerings within strategic client accounts.
  • Provide post-sales support and assist with project-based activities like equipment forecasting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Location: Must be based in Toronto, ON, CA

Nice to have

  • Experience using Enterprise reporting tools such as Oracle/BI.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
