Location: Remote (USA)
Salary: $350,000–$584,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

What you will do
- Build and own a technology partnership strategy focused on big technology (F100) bets to drive revenue outcomes without scaling Sales.
- Own the technology partnership program end-to-end: program design, partner selection criteria, ecosystem management, and expansion toward a three-year vision.
- Design and evolve the direct-report partnership team operating rhythm and execution model aligned to partnership strategy.
- Identify, pursue, and construct large partnership initiatives (new and expansion), including solutions such as white label products.
- Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, Legal, and Sales to align strategy, resources, deployments, and joint GTM execution.
- Provide thought leadership and a strong point of view for partnership team direction across technology, ISV, white label, and reseller ecosystems.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA
- 10+ years of partnership/alliance/business development experience for medium to large organizations with multiple product offerings.
- Proven track record growing revenue through partnership leadership, including identifying, pursuing, and negotiating complex partnership deals.
- Demonstrated leadership delivering results with global, large-scale, cross-functional teams.
- Strong internal/external partner management, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing/negotiation skills with senior executives.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment as a self-starter while maintaining effective cross-functional collaboration.
