What you will do
- Act as the operational business owner for strategic digital media partnerships, monitoring performance and partnership health.
- Drive continuous improvement of core processes across content, product, and revenue operations.
- Maintain financial reporting and P&L tracking using Tableau to generate actionable insights.
- Align internal product, content, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless product integration and contract compliance.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear operational plans, timelines, and KPIs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 2–4 years of experience in business operations, partnership management, or strategy within digital media, sports, or entertainment.
- Strong familiarity with P&L ownership and hands-on experience using Tableau for performance analysis.
- Deep understanding of the sports betting industry, including tools, products, and market insights.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- English proficiency: C1 or higher required
